Shipping Information (US)

We offer FREE standard ground shipping on all continental U.S. orders over $125.00 (excluding taxes). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times


 Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Deliveries are based on orders shipped Monday-Friday and are at the shippers (UPS-USPS) delivery schedule. If customer request a specific carrier (USPS,UPS,FedEx) FULL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY. Select items considered FLAMMABLE / hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped ground with UPS and ground advantage service with USPS only. Orders over $125.00 (excluding taxes) always ship for free no promotion code needed.

For shipments totaling less than $125.00, there is a shipping charge of $14.95

Hawaii, Alaska

Puerto Rico

 We offer shipping to Puerto Rico at standard published rates. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (FLAMMABLE) items Puerto Rico at this time. 

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box we can now ship restricted (FLAMMABLE) items to a U.S., P.O. Box. We must have a full street address and box number to ship restricted items. 

International Shipping

For delivery to Canada and international orders, please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-832-5577 (Canada) or 916-686-2400 (International). 

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO,  DPO addresses are sent USPS for $25.95. Due to military handling fee and time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. For additional restrictions to APO, FPO, DPO addresses (See information on Restricted Hazardous Items below).

Website Multiple Shipping Addresses

website orders can only be shipped to one address per order on the site. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-832-5577. OR email to set this up for you.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered FLAMMABLE / hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol based products (e.g. pressurized cans, solvents, nail polish remover, nail polish, top coat, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to be shipped by ground services only.

All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving and day after
  • Christmas eve / Christmas Day

Tracking Orders

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track an order on, visit the tracking link on the bottom of the page. You will need to sign in to access your account information. You may also call Backscratchers Customer Service at 800-832-5577 In the USA.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with our purchase from Backscratchers, please return the item along with your receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Opened and/or used products will have a 25% restocking fee.  Items returned 16-30 days after purchase will be given an online store credit only. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-832-5577 and they will be able to help you with your return.

Refused or Undelivered Packages Fee

All refused or undelivered packages are subject up to a $25.00 return fee.

This means if you refuse a package or your address is incorrect or you shipped it to the wrong address and it's returned to us you will be charged up to a $25.00 fee.

Returns by Mail

    1. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-832-5577. 
    2. Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Backscratchers packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Postage per-paid.
    3. Mail your return via the United States Postal Service (USPS) . ONLY MAIL FLAMMABLE ITEMS With USPS With Ground Advantage service with proper labeling.
    4. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 30 days to process and return credit to your account, or to issue you online store credit. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
