Shipping Information (US)
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100.00 and over (excluding taxes). Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Orders must be placed by 12PM PST for same day processing. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders over $100 (excluding taxes). Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and must be shipped with ground service. Orders over $100.00 always ship for free- no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $100.00, there is a shipping charge of $10.95.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, we offer shipping services for $19.95. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box we offer USPS free shipping on all overs over $100. Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to a U.S. P.O. Box. We must have a full street address to ship restricted items.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent USPS for $19.95. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. For additional restrictions to APO, FPO, DPO addresses (See information on Restricted Hazardous Items below).
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-832-5577.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol based products (e.g. pressurized cans, solvents nail polish remover, nail polish top coat, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground- only transport due to their air restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $10.95. For P.O. Boxes, USPS (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
- New Years Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number. To track an order on Backscratchersbeauty.com, visit the tracking link on the bottom of the page. You will need to sign in to access your account information. You may also call Backscratchersbeauty.com Customer Service at 800-832-5577 to track your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a Backscratchersbeauty.com purchase for any reason, please return the unused item along with your receipt, within 15 days of purchase. Opened and/or used products cannot be returned. Items returned 16-30 days after purchase will be given an online store credit. Please call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-832-5577 and they will be able to help you with your return.
Returns by Mail
- Please call Customer Service at 1-800-832-5577.
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and Backscratchersbeauty.com packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. You must prepay postage to send.
- Mail your return via the United States Postal Service (USPS) .
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 30 days to process and return credit to your account, or to issue you online store credit. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
